General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all laundry and cleaning services ("Services") provided by Mr Clean Sdn Bhd ("Mr Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Orders and Payment

  1. All orders for Services are subject to these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service to any Customer.
  2. Full payment must be made in advance at the time of placing an order.
  3. All items submitted for cleaning must be collected by presenting the original order form within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Items not claimed within this period may be disposed of by Mr Clean, and we accept no responsibility or liability for any unclaimed items thereafter.

Liability for Valuables and Accessories

  1. Mr Clean is not liable for the loss or damage of any accessories or valuables, including but not limited to trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, zippers, sequins, ornaments, or any items left attached to or inside the garments submitted for cleaning.

Care and Cleaning Process

  1. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us, using methods that, in our professional opinion, are best suited to the fabric and condition of each item.
  2. However, we are not responsible for any loss of color, shrinkage, or damage to fabrics that are inherently delicate, weak, or prone to damage during standard cleaning processes.

Claims and Damage Policy

  1. Any claims for lost or damaged items must be made at the time of collection and accompanied by a completed claim form provided by Mr Clean.
  2. Mr Clean’s liability for any lost or damaged items caused by our processing shall be limited to TWO (2) times the cleaning charge for the specific item, WITH A CAP OF RM200 PER ITEM, OR with a maximum total liability of RM2,000 per receipt, regardless of the brand, condition, or original value of the item.

Customer Authorisation for Cleaning

  1. If cleaning is performed on any items with the Customer’s specific instructions or authorization, especially for delicate, fragile, or non-standard fabrics, such items are cleaned entirely at the Customer’s risk. Mr Clean will not be liable for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process.

Re-cleaning Policy

  1. If a Customer is not satisfied with the cleaning of any item, it may be returned for re-cleaning. This must be done at the time of collection, accompanied by a completed re-cleaning form, as provided by Mr Clean.

Changes to Terms and Pricing

  1. Mr Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms and/or adjust the prices for our Services at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all future orders.
